Need : ETL Developer

Location : Irving, TX (only locals)

Duration  : 6-12 month contract

Candidates will need to be local with healthcare experience.

The main areas we are looking for are:

•                     Informatica Version 9.5.1

•                     Teradata

•                     Data Analysis

•                     Performance Tuning

•                     Excellent Troubleshooting Skills

Experience:

•                     A total of eight (8) years of related experience in corporate systems environments required. Experience with a variety of Information Management applications, programming languages, and technologies.

•                     Minimum of five (5) years' experience with Informatica Power Center in designing and developing complex ETL packages.

•                     Minimum of four (5) years' experience with writing and debugging complex SQL queries

•                     Minimum of three (3) years of experience in designing and developing data model using Kimball's methodology of dimensional modeling

 Job Duties:

•                     Develop & unit test  Informatica ETL  processes for optimal performance.

•                     Performance tune Informatica ETL mappings and report queries.

•                     Perform detailed data analysis to understand the source system data.

•                     Design high level ETL process and data flow from source system to target databases

•                     Review source to target data mapping document for ETL processes.

•                     Work with appropriate leads and review high level ETL design and be the point of contact for any ETL related questions.

•                     Coordinate ETL and database development work with other ETL developers and conduct code reviews.

 Required Skills:

•                     Experience with ETL Development using Informatica product suite

•                     Development experience with Informatica Version 9.5.1

•                     Development experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Data Quality, Informatica Developer and Informatica Analyst

•                     Development experience with extract and load data from/to Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, flat files, XML etc.

•                     Must have the communication skills and ability to develop and present solutions to all levels

•                     Must have demonstrated the ability to solve complex problems with minimal direction.

•                     Must be able to interact effectively and patiently with customers especially while under pressure. 

•                     The ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines for self and others as required.
