Location: Remote

Top technical skills…

• Oracle database administration.

• SQL Server database administration.

• Troubleshooting.

Typical work day…

• Monitoring a ticketing system for new Database related Incident (break/fix) or Request (user request) tickets.

• Taking ownership of the tickets, and then working to resolve the problems or make the requested changes.

• Be available for off-hours on-call support for any high priority Database break/fix issues. This would occur about one week out of every six weeks.
