Project Details:
This is a support / customization project, Client is using PSoft HCM 8.9
Required skills:
· 7+ years of functional PeopleSoft HCM Experience
· Functional expertise in the HCM sub areas listed below:
o Requires specific experience in Core HR, ESS, Compensation, and reporting.
o Requires specific experience in Core HR, Base Benefits, Ben Admin, NA Payroll.
o Requires expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Payroll
o Taleo experience.
· Ability to read SQRs and App Engines as required.
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
· Experience working directly with users.
· Ability to create requirement documents, design documents, test scripts, and cutover plans.
· Must have excellent communication skills.
