Fur flies in Lima this morning as negotiators from G77 countries, AOSIS, the EU, ALBA, and the Africa Group are infuriated that they were not consulted on the latest text, which was presented about an hour ago by COP20 President Pulgar Vida. (View the latest negotiating document here.)
