This post is not from the Reed Smith side because they are too involved in the mesh litigation to comment.  Here is a link to today’s opinion in Cisson v. C.R. Bard, Inc., No. 15-1102 (4^th Cir. Jan. 14, 2016).  The plaintiff’s verdict in Cisson was affirmed.
