System Test Engineer
Length of engagement: ~ 5-12 months
Location: Melbourne, Florida

Skill set and qualifications:
• At least three years experience in Test Planning, Test Case
Development, Test Case Execution and Defect Reporting
• At least two years experience using Quality Center
• Exposure to FitNess and/or JUNIT
• Ability to test within integrated environment
• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Execute test plan strategies for complex integrated systems in
the power distribution industry
• Create test plans and test procedures from functional
specification and design documents
• Develop validation procedures to ensure product compliance to
customer specifications
• Design tests beyond simple functional verification to include
Systems, Regression, Performance and Automation Testing
• Execute manual and automated test procedures
• Develop and implement automated test methodologies Identify
and ensure requirements traceability to test cases
• Devise tests for adequate test coverage to ensure robust and
reliable S/W
• Analyze and report test failures to appropriate level of
detail for defect submission
• Verify resolution of resolved defects and participate in root
cause analysis of reported defects
• Participate in documentation and test procedure reviews
• Retain and maintain all test records, logs and documents
• Interpret and present test results / metrics to project team
in an effective manner
• At least one year of Agile (SCRUM)
• At least two years experience Testing in a Java Environment
• At least three years experience in testing in an SOA
environment - wsdl,xml
• At least four years experience in Performance Planning and
Testing using Load Runner
• At least four years experience in Automation Testing using
Quick Test Pro
• At least three years SQL experience
• Exposure to Derby
