REQUIREMENTS:
Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer with excellent communication skills and hands-on experience with multiple PeopleSoft implementation projects. Strong experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and related applications version 9.0+. Knowledge of ELM, Candidate Gateway or Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) a huge +++. Strong knowledge of People Tools, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, SQL, Workflow, Integration Broker, Application Engine, BI Publisher, SQR, SQL, Reporting tools, Performance monitoring & tuning, etc... The ability to develop Visual Basic 6/VB.Net programs.Candidate will be involved in all aspects of deliverables including programming, process analysis, security standards, and system analysis.
