4-5 years of experience working with Cognos
SQL experience
Experience with Report Writing
2 years of Framework manager exp (Skill set, not title)
Excellent communication skills

The manager that they will be reporting to wants someone who is very creative and independent (as he will be giving them very little direction or help) and the candidate must have excellent communication skills.
