Job Description:

This Candidate MUST have a strong background in application design and working knowledge of logical design.  They will be assisting in the design and development of outside portals/systems and back-end processes.

 

Following is what they will be interviewed for:

        Object Oriented Design and Programming

        Understanding n-tier concepts

        Working Experience with server side JAVA/J2EE programming including but not limited to JDBC, Servlets, JMS, JNDI, JSTL etc

        Java / J2EE design patterns

        Understand and experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies including code reviews and version control software such as CVS

        Understand distributed systems

        Understand and experience with SQL

        Experience with client (GUI development) and server side programming

        Experience with open source frameworks like Spring, Struts, Hibernate

        Understanding of Relational database concepts

        Experience with IDE like Websphere Studio Application Developer (WSAD) or Rational Application Developer (RAD)

        Understanding of MVS design patterns

        Experience with create application logical design

        Work with solution architect and creating logical architecture

        Able to work with the customer community on project deliverable
