Testing exp. in a Windows environment
HP Quality Center / Mercury QTP
Need to be able to write SQL queries to the extent that they can change the data configuration for their test cases
Secondary skills:
Will be executiing client server testing
Writing test scripts
Ability to test web applications
Test automation skills are desirable
VB (not necessary)
