One of our clients located in Cambridge, MA or Holly Springs, NC is looking for someone who has worked as with Livelink ECM administration.  This is a contract opportunity for a Bio-tech company. 

 

Role:

 

•         Configure, administer and develop Opentext Livelink Quality and Submission document management system (including, software, operating systems, network and system interfaces) in support of on-going operations and projects.

 

•         Provide primary support for Incident management and interfacing with global customer base for troubleshooting workflow and account access related incidents.

 

•         Configure and support related Insight Publisher eCTD submission publishing system, including troubleshooting operations and interfaces.

 

•             Support and improve system environment and services (sizing).

 

•             Support Quality, Technical Operations, Regulatory Operations and Clinical Development departments globally in user and operational support, including developing requirements for the system.

 

•             Write all related documentation, including, design specifications, system administration manuals and installation and testing scripts

 

 

 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

 

•         B.S degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required.  M.S. in Information Systems or Business desired

 

•         5-7 years' experience in corporate technology for large enterprises required

 

•         In depth Livelink ECM administration, engineering and support required (will not accept other similar document management experience in lieu of Livelink)

 

•         Experience with Computer Systems Validation practices (or other highly-structured development and testing methodology) required

 

•         Experience with Pharma/Biotech companies highly desired

 

 

 

Duration: 3 months / May be extended , Start 2nd week of January

 

Location: Cambridge or Holly Springs Office, NC ( but must be onsite )
