Salesforce Business Analyst

6+ months

Atlanta, GA

 

•             Experienced Business Analyst with a depth of knowledge and understanding of Salesforce.com (Sales side).

•             Partner with the various teams in Growth Operations (Field Sales, Inside Sales, Partners/Channels, Sales Management, Sales Operations,  Marketing) to support business applications by advising best practices, recommending process improvements and implementing system enhancements that advance the goals of the business.

•             5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting medium to large size projects across various business units.

•             Excellent understanding of Business functions such as Sales, Marketing and Consulting.

•             Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users.

•             Write functional and technical specifications for technical team members.

•             Research production system issues, resolve user problems and escalate when necessary.

•             Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.

•             Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams.

•             Must be a self-starter and a proactive team-player, working quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.

•             Ability to multi-task in an environment with often conflicting priorities.
