Position : QA Analyst

Must Haves:
Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience
Testing experience for business processes around Asset Management
Testing experience for business processes around Knowledge Base Management
Middleware testing skills (ex: Biztalk, Web Services)
SQL or SOQL (salesforce object query language) experience
Experience with Siebel
Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience

Plusses:
The ideal candidate will have hands on testing experience for testing related to the conversion of Siebel to Salesforce/Service Cloud.

Day to Day:
Our client's global Technical Support team is currently using a Siebel application and they will be migrating over to Salesforce Service Cloud. You will be testing business processes related to asset management and knowledge base management. You will be responsible for writing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and supporting developers in the resolution of defects.
