They need someone who has done a Siebel to Saleforce migration before, large scale.

Position Summary:

The role of the Senior QA Analyst is to develop and execute tests that are used to verify that IT systems meet system requirements.  Additionally the Senior QA Analyst is responsible for identifying and documenting system defects that are found through testing.  The success of this role is dependent upon the candidate's ability to understand and apply the Test process, and align that with the practical needs of individual IT projects. 

The Senior QA Analyst must be capable of applying a methodical process to test complex systems.  The Tester must also be able to communicate concepts to audiences with mixed levels of technical & business abilities.

Qualifications:

The Senior QA Analyst must possess strong problem solving and communication skills.  The individual must be flexible, dependable, capable of multi-tasking, and quickly learning complex concepts.  The Senior QA Analyst will have a solid understanding of:

• Test process/methodology
• Test tools  (HP Quality Center)
• Strong SQL  or  SOQL experience
• Hand on experience of  salesforce.com    
• Solid understanding of Functional testing
• Must have experience in Siebel (preferred Siebel 8.X version)
• Knowledge of Avaya system
• Data Migration: Security-profiles/roles/sharing rules & reports  - prior experience with data conversion testing (MANDATORY) 
• CTI Experience with Avaya systems (preferred not mandatory for this work-steam)
• Knowledge in OBIEE tools

Requirements:

• 4-year degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent experience,
• Worked on prior Siebel to Salesforce.com/Service Cloud conversion projects (preferred)
• 4+ years  in the area of testing
• 2-4 years of Salesforce.com experience
•  2-4 years of Siebel experience
