Required Skills:
1. Strong UNIX / Linux skills with at least 4 years experience
2. Apache HTTP Server and Apache-Tomcat admin and performance tuning skills with at least 4 years experience
3. PL/SQL and SQL proficiency (Oracle/PostgreSQL) with at least 3 years experience
4. Understanding of multi-tiered web application architecture
5. Understanding of Internet technologies such as TCP / IP protocols, HTTP protocol and proxy servers
6. Strong communication skills
7. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
8. Ability to demonstrate creative thinking, advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills
9. Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
10. Ability to multi-task with regular interruptions
11. 4 year degree required in related field - either computer science, engineering or MIS
