Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6+ Month contract
Start : ASAP
Responsibilities:
Work with cross functional team to clarify and approve requirements
Produce functional specifications based upon requirements
Design, develop and implement Java applications
Define and implement regression test suites
Required Experience / Skills:
3-5 years of experience in Java development
Working experience with JDK, EJB, XML, SOA
Experience with two or more Webservers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere or JBoss)
Experience with RDBMS (Oracle and DB2 preferred)
Experience with OOD and OOP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's Degree
Retail experience (360Commerce, ORPOS, BackOffice or CentralOffice)
Master's Degree
