Job Title: PeopleSoft Consultant

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills / Experience:

·         6+ years experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 and NA Payroll knowledge (US and Canada required, Mexico is preferable)

·         Working Knowledge with onsite/offshore model and able to lead the team

·         Excellent communication and client facing Skills

·         Experience with payroll setups and had a good knowledge of core payroll processes

·         PeopleSoft Payroll Interface Module: Implementation experience in current project, highly desired

·         Should able to review/write SQL, SQR, App engine and peoplecode

·         Analytical and design skills at multiple product level

·         Communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management and for providing documentation to relevant parties

·         Problem solving skills, creative thinking, and design skills for design and debugging of products

·         Data analysis and software testing skills to test modifications and enhancements

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly

·         Bachelor's Degree with 4 years experience.

Main responsibilities:

·         Designs, develops, and installs, tests and documents application software, including server, client and web components.

·         Contributes to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components.

·         Provides work guidance to less experienced personnel.

·         May provide technical consulting on complex projects.

·         Provides more complex design documents and translates into component-level designs to accelerate development.

·         Assists in developing strategy, design and data gathering approaches.

·         Provides high level design expertise in support of efforts to provide flexible reusable components to increase cost effectiveness.

·         Analyzes, designs and reviews design of applications and suites to ensure that customer specifications are satisfied.

·         Assists in overseeing relationships between application architects and development teams to ensure that product development and implementation are coordinated.

·         Works with product development teams and senior designers in developing design requirements that are accurate and relevant to company needs.
