Job description
Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements. Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Required technical Skills
Design: Web Technical Design
Must have a strong working knowledge of Web Technical Design in object orientated architecture. Windows Server configuration and production support experience required. 5+ Yrs.
Information Technology - Application Development
Java Script Experience 4+ Yrs. *
Information Technology – Databases
Ability to navigate and query a relational database SQL/PLSQL (Oracle) to both develop reports *

Position - Business Analyst with PeopleSoft exp…
Location - Madison, WI
Duration - 1+ year Contract
Interview – Telephonic followed by f2f
Local Candidate - (WI, IL)
This role will need to combine knowledge of Human Resources and/or Payroll processes with the ability to document current/future processes, and the ability to communicate those processes to others. This will include communication to those involved with the organizational change management process. There is also the possibility that this individual could also be assigned to other, different, project-related responsibilities as required. Presented applicants are expected to be experienced business analysts that have experience within the Human Resources/Payroll realm.
The duration of this role is expected to be 12 months with the possibility of an extension beyond that timeframe.
Basic Qualifications
· 3+ years of business process reengineering experience or similar work
· Strong business analyst experience is a MUST. This includes a demonstrated full range of business analyst activities (requirements elicitation, analysis, testing, documentation, etc.)
· Experience with Workday or PeopleSoft is a MUST
· Experience working on large-scale projects, with strong references.
· Understanding of the Workday project methodology is a plus
· Experience with higher education is a plus
· Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences
· Experience with testing, including definition and execution of test plans and scenarios
