Total experience in required skill (years): 5+ Years
Pay Rate: 55$/Hour
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
- Java and Pega expertise.
- Strong skills to understand, conceptualize, and depict system solutions that span multiple systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
- Experience in the software development methodology lifecycle - including business planning, data analysis, process analysis and design; business, functional, and non-functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Experience working in Retail Pharmacy/Healthcare domain will be added advantage.
- Experience in facilitation of requirements gathering workshops.
- Organizational skills, to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects and tasks concurrently, while also working with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information.
- Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, project management, and technical staff).
- Modeling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language.
- Experience in working on projects with multiple Business Analysts.
- Reasoning and decision-making skills, to determine and recommend solution alternatives that satisfy requirements while also meeting aggressive schedules and budgets.
- Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information
Roles and responsibility:
- Documenting and managing requirements throughout development lifecycle.
- Validating requirements test coverage in test strategy, test plan and test scenarios.
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops.
- Support the Solution Architect in defining the solution and communicating to the application team
- Clearly articulate the system solution to all business partners and application Business Analysts
- Facilitate meetings with business and IS people, over phone using web conferencing with large number of people
- Support Enterprise Test phase of the project
- Coordinates with multiple teams in the project to resolve all the queries related to business requirements
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:
- Java & PEGA expertise, Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills and process improvement background, Retail pharmacy background is a plus
