Role: ESRI - GIS Developer

Duration: 12+ months

Work Location: Manhattan, NY

Assignment Details

Candidate will be evaluating existing portfolio of ESRI web applications that have been developed by the IT group and business units. There will also be opportunity to participate in evaluating requirements for an enterprise GIS.
Candidates will have to travel to various worksites throughout NYC and Westchester for meetings

Skills & Requirements

**Senior developer/architect with 5 or more years of experience
**Must have 5 or more years' experience with ESRI Server/Desktop and .Net

**Must have 3 or more years' experience with JavaScript

·         ArcGIS Server 10.x

·         .Net – C# , ASP MVC ,Web API

·         HTML5, CSS

·         JavaScript

·         ArcObjects

·         ESRI JavaScript API

·         Dojo

·         Spatial Database functionality (Oracle or SQL Server)

·         ESRI Server configuration ( Caching , Web Map Service , Feature Service, WMS , WFS)

·         ESRI Desktop (ArcMap)

·         Must have 5 or more years' experience with ESRI Server/Desktop and .Net.

·         Must have 3 or more years' experience with JavaScript.

The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate.

·         Utility experience

·         Familiarity with open source libraries like Leaflet , OpenLayers

·         Silverlight

·         Familiar with Geometric Network, tracing, Telvent ArcFM, Feeder Manager, Conduit Manager
