Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

• Must have 8+ years of total IT experience in Microsoft technologies and minimum 5 years in SP development.
• Strong product knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2010/2007 and WSS 3.0/2.0
• Strong knowledge in implementing Sharepoint migration projects.
• Experience in using 3rd party products and its integration with SharePoint
• Experience in web development using ASP.Net, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/JQuery
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.
• Experience in SQL Server 2008/2012 and Windows servers 2008/R2/2012
• Experience with Visual Studio & Team Foundation Server
• Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications
• Understand browser-specific compatibility issues
• Understands and enforces coding standards and best practices.
• Should have excellent communication skills and able to work closely with different stack holders.

Roles and responsibility

• Responsible for design, implement and support the development and work closely with Business analyst and Product owners.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet the timelines.
• Responsible for understanding the requirement, prepare technical design, reviewing architecture, based on functional specifications for new components
• Ensure delivered applications meets customer' standards for security, correctness, platform readiness and performance
• Participate in technical design/development walkthrough discussions and suggest best practices.
• Responsible for designing and implementing specific proof of concepts/components as and when required.
• Review current applications technology platform/APIs and design new components that integrate with current system.
• This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work, change directions quickly, manage geographically dispersed resources and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
