Job Title: MSI QA Test Lead

Job Description:

•             Work Closely with IT Service Delivery, Engineering, Project Management and Functional/Business resources to provide testing services for projects with both application and infrastructure components

•             Communicate project testing issues in a timely manner to the Project Manager and the MSI Program Test Lead

•             Work with Project Manager and the MSI Program Test Lead to manage any impact of project changes to the testing schedule

•             Manage project scope changes and determine the resulting impact to the test plan & schedule. Initiate modification to project plan/schedule & resource requirement through the PM, as applicable

•             Lead or participate on performance testing for assigned projects utilizing appropriate tool sets.  If necessary, give direction to technical resources on performance or load testing scripts

•             Lead completion of functional and user acceptance testing for assigned projects within the MSI program

•             Responsible for defect touting and tracking for the duration of the project

•             Utilize standard testing tool set including, but not limited to, Quality Center, QTP/BPT and LoadRunner.

Required Skills:

•             Leadership/ collaboration skills

•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to interact with technical staff, customers, and management

•             Testing experience in a variety of applications and infrastructure projects (testing in security, SAP, ServiceNow is a plus).

•             Knowledge of testing best practices

•             Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge to others
