Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

Skillset:

7 - 10 years of hands-on experience on the following product and services
         1. Island Pacific POS components and functionalities
         2. AuditWorks Sales Audit and Settlement (Polling, Translate, Edit, and Export process)
         3. AJB RTS Credit Authorization and Path Finder tool
         4. AJB RTS Polling process
         5. SmartClixx GiftCard System and OSI
         6. Vertex
         7. Verifone Pin Pad
         8. Scanner

JD/Expectations:

- Responsible for working with vendors to drive functional requirement specifications
- Responsible for validating the design delivered by vendors
- Responsible for working with vendors to create test/dev/stage/prod environments
- Responsible for coordinating the testing of the delivered functionalities
- Responsible for working with vendors for integrating modules with other systems
- Responsible for setup, configuration and installation of components delivered by vendor
- Responsible for change implementation with vendor guidance
- Responsible for investigating potential problems and issues raised by business users
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through the effective delivery of functional support and service
