Job Description:Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills :       
Skillset:
7 - 10 years of hands-on experience on the following product and services
         1. Island Pacific POS components and functionalities
         2. AuditWorks Sales Audit and Settlement (Polling, Translate, Edit, and Export process)
         3. AJB RTS Credit Autherization and Path Finder tool
         4. AJB RTS Polling process
         5. SmartClixx GiftCard System and OSI
         6. Vertex
         7. Verifone Pin Pad
         8. Scanner

JD/Expectations:
- Responsible for working with vendors to drive functional requirement specifications
- Responsible for validating the design delivered by vendors
- Responsible for working with vendors to create test/dev/stage/prod environments
- Responsible for co-ordinating the testing of the delivered functionalities
- Responsible for working with vendors for integrating modules with other systems
- Responsible for setup, configuration and installation of componenets delivered by vendor
- Responsbile for change implementation with vendor guidance
- Responsible for investigating potential problems and issues raised by business users
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through the effective delivery of functional support and service
 
Roles and responsibility :

Provide Functional Consultancy for POS solutions 


Job Requirements: Desirable Technical / Functional Skills :       
Auditworks Process, POS Transactions, Sales Audit and Settlement
Unix and Oracle PL/SQL 
Total experience in required skill (years)         15 yrs +
