More than 4 years of U.S. experience in SFDC with both development and admin work as a BA (they need at least 2 of those years to be BA experience)
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills, able to present themselves professionally to internal/external VIPs & C-Level Execs
The client prefers someone who recently complete a large scale SFDC project with heavy customization
Note: 2 manager level references required for submission along with the work authorization copy.
