Java /Oracle Developer
This team's Core Technologies are:  

• Java/J2ee
• Core Java
• Database/PL/SQL
• Hibernate
• Spring
• Struts

Bank of America 
This is a "back-end" focused Development team, meaning their Java Developers need to have back end expertise writing SQL, back to relational databases.  Oracle is their primary database and this resource should have a strong PL/SQL development background. Currently, the team has some solid hands on Developers but they also want their Developers to have the ability and desire to help "lead and drive the work" across the team. The role is a strong 60/40 blend of Java and Oracle. .
Job Description: 
Senior Java Software Engineer to design, develop, maintain and test software for the ECR R&A team, collaborating with the development team and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of application solutions in a dynamic Agile environment.Ability to achieve subject matter expertise quickly on new applications is needed. Requires proven track record in Java, J2EE, UI Development, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, AJAX, Java scripting, Weblogic, performance tuning
Experience in multiple database platforms is preferred: SQL Server, Oracle.

Required Skills:
-7+ years of Java application programming experience.
- 5+ years Oracle and PL/SQL experience.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Performance tuning and database refactoring strategies.
- Must have excellent organization and team skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
- Able to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business and leadership
 

Resource will sit/work on -site in Charlotte, NC
