- Provide technical support and development for PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 and North American Payroll.
- Review the existing technical environment / infrastructure to determine any changes that might bring increased performance, efficiency or stability.
- Troubleshoot both online and batch processes as needed.
- Develop customized processes or reports as needed. Work with personnel implementing the PeopleSoft HCM module(s) to ensure proper integration and coordination. Requires strong knowledge of SQR, SQL, PeopleTools and configuration management.
