webMethods Developer

Skills A:

"              Experience with webMethods development tools (Software AG Designer 8.2 , Developer 7.1.2, Trading Networks 7.1.2)

"              Experience with webMethods Salesforce.com Adapter a plus

"              Experience with relational databases, including an understanding of Oracle Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) concepts

"              Experience in webMethods  Application Development, including web service development, publish/subscribe model

"              Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and relationship skills

Education/Years of Experience/Other

"              3-5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of webMethods experience

"              Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a large organization

"              Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems

"              Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities

Responsibilities:

"              Perform webMethods solution development activities including requirements gathering, reviewing functional designs, and application design & development

"              Meet with subject matter experts in different areas of the business, be able to quickly learn the concepts and processes relevant to Sales Force Automation

"              Follow our webMethods methodology, which includes technical specifications, code reviews, unit & integration testing, and packaging of code

"              Clearly document and communicate technical designs, solutions, and issues

"              Contribute toward the continuous improvement of the webMethods integration team, and help to build the capabilities of the other developers

"              Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of IT and business stakeholders
