Position: Peoplesoft Consultant
Location: Norman, Oklahoma
Duration :6-12 Months
 
PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM experience (minimum requirement)       
 
Key Requirements
o    PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM experience (minimum requirement)
o    Must be hands on
o    Has to have experience with the HR modules (Core HR, Benefits, etc)
 
Review conversion specifications related to the implementation of a new Time, Attendance and Leave application. Recommend changes to the existing PeopleSoft application to support the implementation (paycodes, timesheets, etc)
Provide configuration guidance based on their experience/recommend configurations for new 9.2 features
Ability to explain and demonstrate new features in 9.2.
Assist in the development of test scenarios and test scripts for system and integration testing in the specific area of expertise
Participate in unit testing of specific modifications and reports
Participate in system testing execution and document results
Participate in integration testing execution and document results
Provide expert application and business process knowledge
Identify system gaps and assist in the evaluation of potential resolutions
Serve as point person for questions related to specific processes and functionality
Work collaboratively with the Business Process & Application, Technical Infrastructure, Development, Testing and Project Management Office Teams to help achieve the overall project objectives
Overall Solution Architect (Both HR and Payroll). Must be able to review and make recommendations on future direction based on prior experiences.
 
Other Requirements
Conduct or participate in future state visioning sessions for identified business processes
Assist in the development of business process documentation for targeted areas
Participate in organizational re-design sessions
Assist in the update and creation of organization policies and procedures
Create and sign off on specific functional design specifications
Assist in the development of targeted security roles and permission lists
Validate conversion program results
Develop specific project training materials
Execute end user training for targeted business processes
Participate in Mock Conversions and validate conversion results
Participate in final cutover activities
Participate in post production review sessions
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions
Assist with change management and project communication activities
