ServiceNow Architect
Austin, TX
6+ Months
Core Role:
Work directly with The Home Depot Senior Architect to review current implementation, define requirements for improvements to CMDB and Discovery to prepare for the HP Service Manager Replacement project.
Recommend improvements, changes and replacements to project processes based on the best practices and lessons learned.
Assist with communication of requirements to partner, Fruition, as needed.
Provide expert advice to define a solid implementation approach, strategy and establish a roadmap taking the ServiceNow platform, customer constraints and other project dynamics into account.
Review all functional specifications and technical design documents prior to implementation.
Must Have: Communication (verbal and written) and Ability to work closely with the customer to assess their needs
